Individual Therapy 


 

Individual therapy offers a supportive, affirming space to explore your inner world and your lived experience as a transgender or non-binary person. Whether you are navigating questions of identity, transition, relationships, or the ongoing impact of being in a world that doesn’t always understand you, therapy can be a place to slow down and be fully yourself.

The work is non-pathologizing and does not require you to educate or explain your identity. Instead, we focus on understanding what you’re carrying—emotionally, relationally, and internally—and supporting a deeper sense of self-trust and clarity. Together, we explore patterns that feel stuck, parts of you that are holding stress or pain, and the strengths that have helped you survive and grow.

Therapy can support you through transitions, life changes, relationship challenges, stress, or emotional overwhelm. Sessions are collaborative and paced with care, with the goal of helping you build a more compassionate relationship with yourself and create a life that feels grounded, aligned, and authentic.
