My Approach
My approach to therapy is relational, affirming, and grounded in the belief that change comes through understanding rather than fixing. I work holistically, attending to the connection between mind, body, heart, and inner experience, and I believe each person carries an inherent capacity for healing and growth.
I draw primarily from Internal Family Systems (IFS), alongside trauma-informed and attachment-based approaches. Together, we explore the different parts of you that have developed in response to life experiences—approaching them with curiosity and compassion rather than judgment or pressure to change.
I offer gender-affirming, non-pathologizing therapy for transgender and non-binary adults, without requiring education or explanation. I also work with partners, parents, and families of trans and non-binary people, supporting space for multiple experiences to exist with honesty and care.
I also work with medical students and physicians, recognizing the emotional demands and responsibilities of training and practice. Therapy can offer a confidential space to slow down, reflect, and develop more sustainable ways of caring for yourself.
Across all of my work, I value pacing, collaboration, and trust. Therapy is a space to build self-understanding, strengthen self-trust, and move toward a life that feels more grounded, aligned, and meaningful.
